What are your expectations from participating in this particular study trip to Germany?
I want to connect the German CFs that I know quite well with the European group, want to assure that things work without any problems, the group is provided with all the information and requirements they need.
What specific questions related to your work or to CF practice do you ask yourself?
What are the similarities and what are the common signs of CFs in Europe? Are there the same problems and challenges in the different life cycles of CF‘s in Europe?
How may your participation in the CF study trip help advance your organization’s development plans?:
As a part of the team I am interested in all the experiences of both groups.
Where do you see european community foundations in 20 years?
Creative, peace building and strong civic force in all European countries, most in maturity life phase and able to give answers on local problems.
What are your favourite colour, your favourite meal or your favourite animal?
Green, salad and fruits, elephant and cheetahs.
Last but not least, your favourite proverb. You can write it down in your mother tongue, but please try to translate the meaning into english:
Wenn viele kleine Leute an vielen kleinen Orten viele kleine Dinge tun, können sie das Gesicht der Welt verändern“ („If many small people in many small places do many small things, they can“ change the face of the world”).
