I work in Bilgoraj CFs by the 7 years, 3 years’m the director of the office of the Federation Polish CF’s. I coordinating projects aimed at the development of CFs in Poland. I organizing meetings, training and conferences for CFs in Poland.

Key characteristics and information about the CFs and community philanthropy in your country:

In Poland there are 28 CFs. They are primarily grant-giving organizations and leading scholarship programs. Currently, Polish CF assume perpetual funds, acquire new much larger external funds primarily for grant competitions.

Area of your particular interest in the CF development/ CF management/ practice (please specify if this is a theme where you are interested to learn more, bring your own expertise or both).

Particularly I interested in the development of CFs and good practice, implementation of new technologies in the activities of CF. I would like to learn the language of communication between the CF and the local community. I would also like to compare Polish and Slovak experience in the local activities CF.
