What are your expectations from participating in this particular study trip to Germany?

• To get to know day to day practice in German CF grant making programs (mechanics of grant distributions, monitoring and evaluation process, grant-impact assessment).
• Donor service programme. To get to know approach to donor services of German CFs, system of work with individual and corporative donors including major donors)
• Raising visibility of CFs.

What specific questions related to your work or to CF practice do you ask yourself?

How to run Community needs Assessment in circumstances of small CF. How to measure impact of grants provided and how to promote results of the grant impacts.

How may your participation in the CF study trip help advance your organization’s development plans?:

It may give me important feedback that can help me to incorporate gained know how from Grant making and Donor service programme into practice of our CF. I will share what I gain not only with members of our CF staff and Board, but also with the colleagues from other Czech CFs on the occasion of Association of Czech Community meetings.
